Cancellation is not possible once an order has been confirmed and completed. We do not accept returns under any circumstances, we do not accept returns for buyer's remorse.
If you receive a product that is incorrect or if there is damage, please contact us within 5 business days of receiving the product. If upon inspection we classify the goods Damaged Pre-Purchase, we will offer a like-for-like exchange, granted the item is in stock. These are under the conditions that the product is unused/unworn in our standards.
If you purchased a clothing or accessory that is not a good fit, we will handle the situation on a case-by-case basis. We may offer a like-for-like exchange with your new preferred sizing, granted the item is in stock.
